Inspired by the Dunhuang Mogao Caves, this series uses oil paint diluted with varying levels of turpentine to mirror geological erosion. The fluid, translucent layers pool and separate across the panels, investigating how human civilizations build, erase, and overwrite their cultural heritage over time.
