The Hong Kong Book Fair is an annual summer cultural mega-event organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai. Running for about a week each July, it is one of Asia’s largest public book fairs, drawing nearly a million visits and gathering publishers, authors, and readers around books, e-learning media, stationery, and a “World of Art and Culture” zone, alongside author talks and seminar series.
As a selected artist, Helen participated in the most recent edition with one of her creations, depicting a giant panda before the Forbidden City to celebrate Chinese cultural heritage. The exhibition was covered by People’s Daily and other media outlets.
